Software House (C•CURE / iSTAR) Compatible Cards & Fobs

Software House's C•CURE 9000 software and iSTAR controllers are reader-agnostic and accept a wide range of standard credentials through HID and OSDP readers, including 125 kHz HID Prox (H10301 26-bit), legacy iCLASS, iCLASS SE, Seos, and MIFARE/DESFire smart cards. American Key Cards supplies non-OEM compatible credentials in these standard formats programmed to your facility code and card range; we are not affiliated with Johnson Controls and supply compatible cards, not OEM clones. For high-security encrypted Seos or DESFire credentials, we provide compatible blanks for readers configured to accept them rather than copies of secured cards.

HID Rare format

HID Seos

HID Seos is HID Global's current flagship smart card credential, delivering AES-128 encryption, Common Criteria EAL 5+ hardware, and SIO Data Binding — making it immune to all known cloning attacks.

HID iCLASS SE

HID iCLASS SE is the second-generation 13.56 MHz smart card platform, introducing Secure Identity Objects (SIOs) and AES encryption to make credential cloning technically infeasible.

HID

HID Prox H10301 (Standard 26-Bit)

The HID H10301 26-bit format is the most widely deployed proximity card format in North America, used on millions of doors across commercial and residential buildings.

HID iCLASS (Legacy)

HID iCLASS (legacy) is the first-generation 13.56 MHz contactless smart card from HID Global, widely deployed from the early 2000s onward but now considered cryptographically outdated for high-security use.

MIFARE

MIFARE Classic 1K

MIFARE Classic 1K is the world's most-deployed contactless smart card format, running at 13.56 MHz with 1 KB of CRYPTO1-protected memory across 16 sectors — widely used in legacy access control and hotel lock systems but known to be cloneable.

MIFARE

MIFARE Classic 4K

MIFARE Classic 4K expands on the 1K format with 4,096 bytes across 40 sectors for multi-application campus and transit use, but shares the same broken CRYPTO1 cipher that makes all MIFARE Classic cards cloneable with off-the-shelf tools.

MIFARE DESFire EV1

MIFARE DESFire EV1 is NXP's first-generation multi-application secure smart card, offering AES-128 and 3DES hardware encryption at 13.56 MHz with EAL4+ certification — not cloneable, suitable for legacy high-security deployments, but superseded by EV3 for new installations.

MIFARE DESFire EV2

MIFARE DESFire EV2 is NXP's second-generation multi-application secure card with EAL5+ certification, AES-128 encryption, anti-relay proximity check, and Transaction MAC — not cloneable, widely deployed in enterprise and government access control.
