Identiv (Hirsch / uTrust TS) Access Credentials is an open format, so a compatible card can be produced from your facility code and card number. We don't copy individual cards on request — we manufacture new, correctly-encoded credentials for systems you own or manage.

Standard 125 kHz proximity credentials (26-bit H10301, DSX D10202) used on Hirsch/Identiv readers are cloneable. Identiv uTrust TS DESFire EV1/EV2 smart card credentials are cryptographically protected and highly resistant to cloning. Hirsch ScramblePad readers also support PIV/CAC for government/high-security environments — these are federally issued and cannot be third-party sourced.

Can I buy Identiv uTrust TS smart cards from a third party?

No. Identiv uTrust TS credentials are programmed specifically for the Velocity/Hirsch platform and are not available from third-party suppliers. AKC can supply compatible standard 125 kHz prox cards for Hirsch installations using Wiegand prox mode.

Are Hirsch proximity cards cloneable?
